COUNSELLING SCHEDULE

All eligible candidates as per the eligibility can attend counseling for few left over seats in Sponsored, Self Financed and Regular category of Full Time M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy courses as per the following schedule at Office of the Director Admissions, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Eligibility conditions, Intake, Course fee and other details are available in JNTUH website www.jntuh.ac.in.

The admission for Sponsored category is only for employees who put up two years of service by 31.07.2011 and working in Industry / Educational or Research Units & Sponsored by respective employers. However if sufficient candidates are not turned up, the experience may be relaxed and for Self Financed/Regular category seats service not required.

EMPLOYMENT For Sponsored Category :

Candidates must be employed in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The order of priority in selection for admissions for all category seats shall be

(i). Valid GATE Score

(ii). Rank in PGECET – 2011

(iii). Marks obtained in the qualifying examination with a minimum of 60%.

Hostel facility, scholarship, fee reimbursement and fee exemption are not applicable for these seats.

RESERVATIONS :

(i) Reservation of SC/ST/BC categories will be as per the state government rules.

Candidates should produce all certificates in ORIGINAL like :
1). Valid GATE Score card

2). PGECET-2011 Hall Ticket and Rank Card

3). Qualifying examination marks memo.

The III Convocation of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad is proposed to be held in the month of February, 2012 (actual date will be notified later). Candidates who are qualified for the award of Degree/Diploma during the academic year 2010-2011 (i.e., on or before 31-12-2011) are hereby informed to visit the registrations portal http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation and submit the application in online mode on or before 12.01.2012 (those we have applied for degree in the pre-convocation mode should not apply for the Convocation).

The application fee of Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) shall be accepted in online mode only. For details refer the above mentioned registrations web-site. One help-line desk is made available at the student service section (Ground floor) of the Examination Building. If any candidate needs clarification or help he/she may contact the help-line desk. Note
(i) This Notification is meant for the students who studied/studying in the constituent and
affiliated colleges of JNTU Hyderabad only.

(ii) This notification is issued for only such students who have completed their course work and having backlog
subjects.

(iii) For online registration of Examinations the students have to contact the Principals of the colleges where they
studied/studying. For the said special supplementary University Exams, the exam registrations have to be directly
carried out by logging in to University registrations server from the respective colleges. No request form the
students for the registration of Exams at the University will be entertained.

(iv) Principals are requested to verify the eligibility of the candidates for registration for examination in respect of
malpractice/court cases.

(v) In case of Physical Handicapped students (deaf, dumb, hearing impaired, orthopedically handicapped and
visually handicapped) as per University letter No. JNTUH/EB/Concessions to Handicapped students / 2010(1),
dt.26-04-2010, with relevant documental evidence are eligible for exemption of examination fee payment.

(vi) The students are informed to note that the Hall Tickets are to be collected from the Principals of the
